My clients describe me as knowledgeable, thoughtful, honest, responsive, and strategic, with a penchant for making complicated real estate decisions feel much more manageable. That’s a pretty accurate description of how I try to work.
I’m a Main Line PA REALTOR® with Compass RE in Ardmore, specializing in relocation and strategic home selling. I moved my family to the Main Line in 2018, so I know what it’s like to look at this area from the outside and try to make sense of it all. The towns. The school districts. The housing stock. The taxes. The commute. And the question that ultimately matters most: Where do we actually want to live?
Today, I help people moving to the Main Line answer that question for themselves. We talk about the towns, the housing market, home values, and the trade-offs that come with different locations, homes, and price points. My goal isn’t to tell you where you should live. It’s to give you enough local knowledge and context to determine where you want to live and then help you buy when the right opportunity presents itself.
On the selling side, I’m a listing strategist. I help homeowners decide what to fix, what not to fix, how much to spend (and where), when to sell, how to price, and how to position and market their home so buyers pay attention. My job is to help you understand how the Main Line market operates so you can make decisions confidently.
I believe strongly that my job is to advise, not pressure. I’ll tell you what I think and why. I’ll point out things you may not have considered and tell you when I think something is a bad idea. But ultimately, you make the decisions.
Before real estate, I spent years in research and consulting and earned a PhD in the social sciences, which probably explains why I’m a bit of a data nerd. I pay attention to what the market is actually doing, not what we wish it were doing, and use that information to help my clients make well-informed decisions.
I work with buyers and sellers throughout the Main Line and surrounding Philadelphia suburbs, with a particular focus on the Lower Merion, Haverford, Radnor, and Tredyffrin-Easttown school districts.
I live in Lower Merion with my husband, two daughters, and two semi-well-behaved doodles. And because knowing the Main Line is about more than knowing the real estate market, I spend a perhaps unreasonable amount of time sharing local hot spots, events, and small businesses on my Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok pages at @lowermainlineliving.
